Directions from Richmond, Virginia:
Travel west on Interstate 64 to Interstate 81. At Interstate 81, go north towards Harrisonburg.
Go past Staunton and Verona exits 222, 225 and 227. Get off of Interstate 81 at Exit 235 (Weyers Cave). At the stop sign, turn left, go across I-81 to the stop light (Route 11 - Lee Highway). Turn left onto Route 11.
Travel about 1 1/2 miles. You will pass by the main entrance to Blue Ridge Community College. At the second entrance road to the college (south entrance) turn left.
The Academy is on the right side of the road. Visitors and Instructors can park in the front parking lot. Academy students are asked to park in our rear parking area.
Directions from Roanoke and Lexington, Virginia:
Travel north Interstate 81 (I-81) towards Staunton and Harrisonburg.

From I-81: travelling on I-81, , merge onto I-64 via Exit 221 towards Richmond. Take US 250 EXIT 124 toward Shadwell. Turn right onto US 250E / Richmond Rd. Stay straight to go onto LOUISA RD / VA-22. STay straight to go onto Gordonsville Rd / VA-231. Continue to follow VA-231 N. Enter next roundabout and take 1st exit onto US-15N / James Madison Hwy.
